I have sold all types of properties including townhomes, condos, commercial, fine homes and estates, investment properties (1031 exchanges), country property and horse ranches. I have excelled in successfully mastering short sale negotiations and am always available to answer any questions you may have. I have 3 grown beautiful children - 2 boys and a girl. I've been an equine enthusiast for 35+ years, I've dabbled in all equestrian sports and have decided that competing on my cutting horse is one of my favorite activities, I’m truly an animal lover.
