A Tri-Cities native, Tina grew up on a farm just north of Pasco, Washington. She has deep roots in our local area and a true appreciation for the agricultural industry that thrives here. She has lived and watched the Tri-Cities grow and expand over the years, into what is now one of the premier destination places to call home in the Pacific Northwest.
Growing up on a farm Tina had many years of hands on experience with seeing a process through from start to finish, and every crucial step in between. Growing, caring for, and marketing the family produce to the final sale, is where her strong work ethic and passion for helping people comes from. Those years of hard work and sales experience have served her well in life and in real estate.
She started her real estate career in 2007 and she still finds great joy in helping other families settle into their homes and find the perfect place for the season of life they are in. She serves her clients with patience, expertise, and knowledge of our local real estate market. Partnering up with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand strengthens her access to one of a kind marketing, global exposure, and a full time office staff that is here to support and serve her and her clients every step of the way.
Prior to her real estate career, Tina worked in the Pasco School District tutoring and mentoring children in all subjects. That experience has given her a unique knowledge base of the educations resources available in the Tri-Cities and she offers that knowledge to her clients when needed. As a bilingual agent, Tina is able to work with a large client base within the Hispanic community as well.
She is passionate about helping others fall in the love with the way of life the Tri-Cities offers, it truly is one of a kind in its diversity, outdoor activities, job market, and affordable living. Her kindness and compassion for people combined with years of experience and knowledge is what she brings to her clients for a hassle free buying or selling journey.
