Dave Hunter grew up just outside of Boston in Milton, Massachusetts and studied Business Management at Merrimack College. His love for the Cape began in college while working on the National Seashore and it soon became his favorite vacation destination. While living in Boston, Dave met his future wife who just so happened to be from Cape Cod. Dave and Christina purchased a vacation rental property on Cape Cod in 2015 and officially became full-time residents on the Cape in 2019. Prior to joining Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, Dave had spent nearly two decades in sales and marketing leadership roles, which ultimately led him to real estate and the Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty family.
Dave prides himself on having a well-rounded knowledge of the value of homes throughout the entire Cape, as well as the value and cost of home improvements. His experience managing his own vacation rental property has helped many clients with their own search for an investment property. Dave can show you all the uniquely special areas of the Cape and help you find the right home. His clients have found that his organizational and high-end marketing skills are an asset when marketing a home for sale.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys all things sports, exploring Cape Cod, enjoying a meal out with his wife Christina, and making memories with his two sons Ryan and Graham and dog, Keegan.
