Agency Sotheby's International Realty - Bridgehampton Brokerage

Description

A licensed realtor since 2005, Ann Gegelys came to the real estate industry with an extensive financial services background. As a vice president with Chase Bank, Ann held various leadership roles within their Consumer Bank, where she honed her financial marketing and sales expertise. She also holds a BA and MA in corporate and public communication, offering clients a sophisticated marketing and communications approach.

Ann's geographic area of expertise extends from the Hamptons to the New York Metropolitan area, as a past and present resident of these locations. She enjoys helping sellers prepare their homes for market, whether it's staging and organizing, or simply connecting clients to resources that will help ensure the property achieves its optimum price. With buyers, she is fastidious about providing essential market data and trends in order for them to make informed decisions.

When not assisting her clients, Ann is an active volunteer with historic preservation within her community and beyond. Locally, Ann is an active volunteer with the Ladies Village Improvement Society in East Hampton, responsible for the maintenance and preservation of the Village's historic landmarks and beautiful trails, ponds and trees. Regionally, she also volunteers her time with the historic landmark, The King Urban Life Center, located in her hometown of Buffalo, NY. Ann also enjoys running, having completed the NYC Marathon and several half-marathons. She is also a certified spinning instructor, and she and her husband have two grown daughters and a dog named Bode who most days can be found running on the oceanfront beaches of East Hampton.
