Beyond my real estate career, I hold certifications as a Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA), Certified Probate Specialist, Certified Auctioneers Institute Graduate Auctioneer (CAI), and Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS). This background uniquely equips me to assist clients with diverse personal property needs, always prioritizing diligent and effective service, while also helping the local community through fundraising auctions. Understanding the auction industry provides me with a unique perspective in today’s ever challenging real estate market, specifically how to position a home for the highest prices possible and an uncanny ability to ‘read the room’ if you will.
Before entering real estate, I honed my skills as a Marketing Director at Microsoft in Redmond, and later in Silicon Valley, where I led business development and marketing divisions. Since 1986 I've also provided clients with asset appraisals, estate auctions & sales and estate management services - a passion that led me to found Rainier Estates. Teaming up with Sotheby's International Realty, I combine global real estate expertise with personalized service tailored to each client's unique requirements.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis with friends, organizing charity benefits, and cherishing moments with my two daughters. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to connect with you and discuss how I can assist with your real estate goals.

In celebration of 10 years serving communities throughout the Puget Sound, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) proudly introduced its sixth regional branch office in downtown Bellevue in December of 2019. Much more than a traditional office, the Bellevue branch is a new concept in real estate—an office that acts in concert with a premier retail and restaurant venue on Old Main Street.
A talented and experienced team of Global Real Estate Advisors began working out of the Bellevue office in January of 2020, opening doors to Bellevue clients around the corner as well as around the globe. Set to debut in Spring 2020 is B-Bar, a daytime café and evening cocktail and full dining experience, operated by Joe Vilardi of the famed Bis on Main next door. Once completed, clients and community alike with be greeted by the one-of-a-kind experience, which also includes co-working spaces and beautiful, private state-of-the-art meeting rooms.
