With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Chris Hannas has brought her expertise to Monument Sotheby's International Realty. Chris has been representing buyers and sellers for years, specializing in working with corporate and military transferees. Having spent 10 years in the Annapolis area before moving back to Clarksville, Chris is knowledgeable of the waterways and loves to help clients in and around Annapolis as well as Howard and surrounding counties, where she spent 35 years of her life raising her family and working. Before real estate, Chris's career was as an admissions counselor for colleges and universities; a testament to how much she enjoys working with others and helping them in any way she can. Chris is a woman of many talents and is known for her contributions to the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Maryland and the Homeless Shelter in Annapolis. Chris is a gourmet cook, loves to entertain, loves gardening, golfing, walking with her golden doodle, after raising four children; spending time with her five grandchildren, and of course, selling lots of real estate!
