Arpine Hovhannisyan is a Senior Global Property Consultant, specialising in ultra-luxury properties. Having gained valuable experience from reputed brokerages in Dubai, she joined Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty in January 2021. In her past roles, Arpine has achieved multiple top broker awards.


Before embarking on a career in real estate, Arpine completed a master’s degree in business management at Yerevan State University.


Arpine also manages the real estate portfolios for both local and international investors who have been buying and selling with her assistance for more than 10 years. This demonstrates her excellent ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and proves her to be both a loyal and trustworthy individual. Having assisted her clients and investors with international properties, Arpine has formed excellent relationships with members of Sotheby's International Realty from around the world. She’s particularly hard working, reliable and always strives to achieve top results.


Arpine speaks English, Russian and Armenian and, when she’s not working, loves to travel, read and play sports.
