Taylor Smith is an award-winning veteran of the Florida housing market with 14 years of new construction experience with several luxury homebuilders in the Naples area as well as The Walt Disney Company's real estate division. He is thrilled to embark on the next phase of his career as a sales associate with the Southeast Naples office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty.
As a real estate professional, Taylor is dedicated to providing his customers with the highest quality information, consultation and direction. From the first meeting to the closing table, his focus is on making it easy for his buyers and sellers to see the options available, ensuring that they make the best possible decision in their purchase or sale. With his construction expertise, knowledge of the building process and deep understanding of homeowners associations, Taylor is well-versed as a new home consultant. A member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, he personally oversaw the sales of new homes in three luxury gated communities.
Originally from Owensboro, Kentucky, Taylor graduated from Murray State University with dual degrees in business and communication before relocating to Naples. Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys playing golf, tennis and pickleball, as well as creative writing. He loves going for walks with his new bride and their dog, is an active member of his church and works with Compassion International, an organization that sponsors children in need.
