Agency Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby's International Realty

Description

Megan Hackley has been channeling her passion for real estate since she began her career in 2009. Her drive, hard work and belief in keeping relationships at the core of her business have allowed her to thrive in the industry ever since. Born and raised in Birmingham, Michigan, a small town outside of Detroit, Megan has always had a passion for architecture, design and construction. She attended Northwood University, a small business college, and majored in marketing and advertising. She has assisted designers and builders and even was a receptionist at a Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate one summer in Birmingham. Before joining Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty, Megan served as managing broker at her previous firm and led a successful team of 40 agents.

Megan believes that real estate is a unique investment because it has emotional and financial implications. The first step in Megan’s process is taking time to understand and prioritize her client's needs, desires and goals. Her strong relationships in the Triangle have allowed Megan to cultivate an extensive list of experts who streamline the process for her buyers and sellers. When listing a property, she uses professional stagers and photographers to ensure the home is market-ready. Megan’s in-depth market analysis and marketing strategies optimize the selling window to get her clients the best price for their homes in the shortest amount of time. Buying and selling a property is a tremendous undertaking, which is why Megan serves as an advocate to guide her clients through each step of the process. Whether it's winning a negotiation or finding the perfect neighborhood, Megan always puts her clients first.

When she is not practicing real estate, Megan is likely spending time with her three boys, husband, who is a commercial real estate attorney, and rescue dog. She enjoys watching her active boys play soccer, tennis, and golf and exploring local parks near her home in Raleigh.
