As a Native to the islands, Thelma “Leinani” Garso-Pacheco has embraced the culture, history and people of Hawaii, making Maui her home since 1973. A Graduate of The Kamehameha Schools – Kapalama Campus, Oahu, the experience of a 4- year Boarder student allowed her to build skills to be independent, steadfast, humble, grateful and to not take anything for granted.
Thelma started her career with Island Sotheby’s International Realty as the Administrator/Listing Coordinator for the South Maui Office. Learning and loving the many avenues in the Real Estate Market, embracing the brand that Sotheby’s International Realty upholds. Working alongside amazing professionals has allowed her passion to grow for real estate, and it was only natural that her love for her community is to help bring their home ownership dreams to life and to educate or connect clients with the right resources. Her compassion for her clients resonates throughout the process and is nothing short of providing the very best.
Currently a volunteer with Realtor Association of Maui, MLS Committee and PR Committee, Hale Makua’s Annual Golf tournament, King’s Cathedral Maui Annual Golf Tournament and a Floral & Pa’u Judge for ‘2023 Na Kamehameha Commemorative Parade & Ho’olaule’a. In her spare time, Thelma is an active member in her community sharing her skills in hula, floral designing, mentor and leadership alongside her husband. They enjoy their growing family that is spread out from Maui, Sacramento, Ohio and South Carolina.
