Jodi A. Gildea is a life-long resident of Marblehead and graduated from Marblehead High School and Salem State University. She has held her real estate license for over 25+ years. She was an Advertising Manager, Office Manager for the Relocation Department and the Administrative Office Manager at Carlson Real Estate's Marblehead Office.
She is an active member of the Marblehead community where she has been a travel soccer coach for both boys' and girls' teams as well as a running coach for "Fit Girls". She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Marblehead Arts Association. She is co-President of The Winter Garden Club. Member of the Waterfront Concierge Group.
Jodi specializes in new construction. One of her most current projects is: www.cliftoncrossing development in Marblehead. She literally goes the distance for her clients in Listing and Selling properties up and down the East Coast of Massachusetts. Listing & selling properties in Marblehead, Swampscott, Nahant Salem, Danvers, Amesbury, Rowley & Falmouth. Other areas of business rentals, referrals & working with international clients. Works with clients to get the property ready to be listed. Rolls up her sleeves and gets it done, Giving back to the community is important to Jodi. Donating time, raising funds to help several non profits such as: Marblehead Food Pantry, My Brother’s Table, Toys for Tots and SPUR are just some of the organizations Jodi gives her time to.
Jodi is married to Sean Gildea, who has been a real estate sales manager for over 25 years. They have a son Liam and daughter Ella and two dogs. Spending time outdoors skiing, running, biking & paddleboarding are just a few of their outdoor activities.
She is part of a family team with her husband, Sean Gildea, mother-in-law, Jean Carlson and sister-in-law, Traci Howe. Their motto is: "Let our family help your family with your real estate needs".
