Description

"Recipes tell you nothing. Learning techniques is the key." — Tom Colicchio I’ve always believed success comes from mastering techniques, and my journey began at 19, working at a 5-star, 5-diamond hotel in Santa Monica. There, I learned from the best in hospitality, where the art of making someone feel valued was the ultimate skill. That same approach shapes my real estate practice today. For me, real estate isn’t about four walls and a roof—it’s about finding the place where life happens. Whether it’s a kitchen with room to bake pies, a pub down the street, or the perfect amount of space to keep the in-laws just far enough away, my goal is to anticipate what my clients need before they even know it. I was fortunate to be mentored by women with over 30 years of experience in real estate, who taught me the importance of listening. Not just hearing, but truly understanding what clients want and need. Listening has helped me find the best properties, navigate tough negotiations, and create lifelong connections. My clients often feel like they’re just having a conversation, but I’m always taking mental notes to turn their dreams into reality. Honesty is my superpower—or, as my clients like to say, I’m a "negative Nancy" in the best way. I don’t sugarcoat risks or gloss over concerns. Real estate is one of the biggest investments you’ll make, and I believe it’s my job to lay everything out clearly so you’re never caught off guard. If we tackle challenges upfront, we can turn them into wins. Relationships are the heart of everything I do. Whether it’s collaborating with colleagues to get an offer accepted or being the first person my clients call to share exciting news, those connections are priceless. My clients know they’re not just working with me—they’re tapping into the expertise and excellence of the entire LIV Sotheby’s team. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me hiking Colorado trails, doing yoga, or scouting out the next great restaurant. I’m a proud mom to two amazing kids—one tearing it up on the lacrosse field and the other living for live music at every concert they can find. But the moments I treasure most are the quiet ones when we’re just together, sharing laughs, stories, and the simple joy of each other’s company. While I’ll happily cater your dinner party, don’t ask me to cook—it’s out of respect for the true chefs who trained me. However, I can mix a cocktail so good you’ll forget that embarrassing thing you did in ninth grade. Loyal, a little sarcastic, and always in your corner—I’m here to help you find more than a house. I’m here to help you find home.

Description

Consistently ranked as one of the top places to live in the country, Colorado Springs is located just over 60 miles south of Denver and is the second-largest city in Colorado. The community of Colorado Springs was settled in the 1860s to support the Pikes Peak Gold Rush and was incorporated into a town by Union General William Palmer in 1871. Sitting at an elevation of 6,035 feet, the city is located directly against the Rocky Mountains quickly ascending to the top of Pikes Peak at 14,115 feet. Open spaces, parks, a variety of trails, rock formations, and unique geological features attract residents and tourists to a vibrant, outdoor-focused lifestyle. Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods Park, The Manitou Incline, and Cave of the Winds Mountain Park are principal outdoor attractions but dozens of everyday public spaces are also available for exploration. Beyond the beautiful views surrounding the city, it is also home to a variety of cultural, educational, and historical attractions including the United States Olympic and Paralympic Museum, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College, the ENT Center for the Arts, and the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum.
Residences range from Victorian-era homes and bungalows downtown and in Old Colorado City to suburban planned communities to gated resort neighborhoods on the city’s north, west, and south sides. Secluded but accessible mountain homes and expansive acreage are found as well within 45 minutes of downtown. Home to five military bases including the United States Air Force Academy and NORTHCOM, Colorado Springs also has a wealth of employment options, ranging from defense and aerospace to tourism and hospitality to medical technology.
