Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado in 2002, Onie later ventured into development and real estate with Bolduc Realty and Management before taking ownership of the company in 2007, shaping it into Bold Real Estate Solutions. As the President and Managing Broker, the firm evolved into a comprehensive real estate enterprise with a team of over 30 professionals serving over 3,000 owners across East Vail to Gypsum and worldwide, representing a diverse portfolio of residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties valued at over $450 million.
In pursuit of a more client-focused approach, Onie later divested from Bold Real Estate Solutions, channeling his energies into exclusively serving his personal real estate clients. Onie joined the Vail Board of Realtors (VBR), soon earning a Director position on the board and becoming VBR Chair in 2015. Onie also contributed his expertise as a Director on the Vail Board of Realtors Foundation and Vail Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Since focusing on personal real estate clients, Onie has earned a remarkable record of almost $1 Billion in real estate transactions.
Relocating his family to Park City in 2017, Onie joined a dynamic sales team representing premier properties such as Pendry Residences Park City, Apex Residences, Juniper Landing, and Viridian Townhomes. In a remarkable feat, he successfully sold out all available inventory. Shortly thereafter, Onie accepted an invitation to join the esteemed team at Summit Sotheby's International Realty, where he played a pivotal role in the launch of the prestigious Wohali Resort, located just outside of Park City. Onie now oversees the release of new phases and sales for Wohali Resort as Director of Sales.
Beyond the professional realm, he fully immerses himself in the mountain lifestyle, from competing in Alpine skiing to exploring ski destinations around the globe. Yet, his greatest source of joy is sharing quality time with his wife and three daughters, relishing in the multitude of activities offered by the breathtaking mountain resort they call home.
