Originally from Georgia, Tunisia received a bachelor's degree in public relations from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City. When she first moved to the Tampa Bay area over 20 years ago, she worked in the community relations department for the Devil Rays. Shortly thereafter, Tunisia opened an invitation and gift boutique, creating many announcements for local celebrities and high-profile clientele during her 10 years in business. Through her store, Tunisia's hobby as a photographer began to flourish, leading her to a successful career as a freelance photojournalist.
Her passion for real estate began when Tunisia and her husband, a professional athlete, became friends with the contractor who built their first home. After years of buying and selling luxury homes and commercial properties, Tunisia decided to explore a full-time career as a real estate professional.
Tunisia is a member of the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Relocation Professional and a Military Relocation Professional. An athlete at heart, Tunisia enjoys leading an active lifestyle by playing tennis and kickboxing. When she's not busy with real estate, Tunisia can be found with her camera on the sidelines of a football game or center court photographing tennis tournaments. Tunisia loves spending time with her husband in the kitchen grilling and cooking, and volunteers with the local Tampa chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
