After graduating with an MBA from the UW Foster Business School in 2010, I got my start in real estate during challenging times of the Financial Crisis, negotiating short sales for distressed homeowners. Those negotiations later caught the eye of a few local and foreign investors interested in expanding their reach into the greater Seattle - Bellevue metropolitan area. Over the last half decade, I have grown a small portfolio of managed properties, while networking with a couple select builders, to create a niche business offering that focuses on optimizing property values and returns. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling with my family, learning about new cultures and languages, cooking, snowboarding, and hiking out in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
