As an Associate Director with a wealth of experience spanning almost two decades, Julia started her career in Dubai real estate in 2006. She is an invaluable member of Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty team and has consistently delivered high-value transactions and exceptional service that are a testament to the quality of her work.
Having curated a premium property portfolio, Julia specialises in high-end luxury listings including beautiful waterfront properties in Palm Jumeirah and other unique offerings in prime and super prime areas. She believes that holding a well-informed, prime portfolio is the foundation of success in the niche market, coupled with extensive industry knowledge and proper client representation across all transactional areas. Julia believes that each transaction presents unique challenges and accomplishments, the ultimate paramount objective being to deliver client satisfaction – a principle upon which she takes great pride for her work.
