Morgan is a Ninja Certified Realtor Associate with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty and is based out of the Greenville office.
A born-and-raised Greenville native, a graduate of Mauldin High School, and an avid soccer player for her entire life, Morgan graduated from Clemson University (Go Tigers!), where she was a member of the varsity women’s soccer team for all four years of her college career.
When it comes to real estate, Morgan forms a “team” mindset with each of her clients, and always has their best interest, and intended results, at the top of her mind. Morgan proudly serves local and out-of-state clients in the Greenville area and the Clemson/Luxury Lakes region. From single family homes to townhouses to condominiums, Morgan has worked with an array of properties, a wide range of price points, and yet her real estate philosophy remains the same: to give the highest level of extraordinary service at all times.
In 2020, Morgan was named the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby's International Realty Rookie of the Year, she was a President's Circle recipient in 2021 and 2023, and also Skyrocket Award and Chairman's Circle Award recipient for closing more than $10 million in individual sales volume in 2022.
Morgan is proud of her Greenville roots and has been inspired by the tremendous growth plans conceived and successfully implemented by the leadership of the Upstate. Morgan and her husband Rob (also a Greenville native) love to spend their time with their son, golden retrievers, and taking trips with family to the coast of South Carolina.

Our agents work over the entire upstate but our physical office is nestled in beautiful Cleveland Park in downtown Greenville.
My husband and I first noticed this remarkable location soon after moving to Greenville in 1989. The building is a contemporary structure that literally spans a woodland stream flowing into the Reedy River. It was built in the 1970s by the Freeman & Major architecture firm.
We had our eyes on the building for years and when the architects retired and decided to sell it in 2017, we jumped at the chance to acquire such a treasure. After a few months up renovation and upfitting, we moved in in March 2018.
We invite all of our friends and clients to come and visit sometime. We love showing the building off. It is almost as unique as we are.
