My Partner in Real Estate and in life is my husband, Jim. We have been married for over 30 years, have worked together for over 26 years and have been a team in Real Estate for over 15 years. Jim is an expert negotiator and problem solver, and enjoys "making things happen". He excels in assisting a Seller in preparing a home for Listing and working with Buyers throughout the process to prepare them for the move to their new home. This service goes beyond the "Close of Escrow"; we are here for you well after a transaction is completed.
My forte is: knowing the Sedona Real Estate market thoroughly. My specialty is transaction management. My goal is that each client is comfortable throughout the transaction I work hard to make sure that any questions or concerns are addressed. I prepare clients for each stage of the process, whether buying or selling.
