A second-generation broker associate in the Sarasota region, Jessika Arman is delighted to be an agent with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. A true native of the area, she was raised on the barrier island of Siesta Key, and her family have been pioneers of Sarasota's arts, music, education, real estate and medical fields since the 1950s.
Jessika has been a prominent figure in the real estate communities of Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties since 1998, carefully taking a hands-on approach as a REALTOR®. To ensure that each person gets the attention and dedication that they deserve, Jessika purposely does not take on too many customers or listings at once. She has a vast array of professional designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative, At Home With Diversity, Certified International Property Specialist and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist. She is Transnational Referral certified, earned the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation, and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Million Dollar GUILD member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
A graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Jessika earned a Bachelor of Arts in mass communication, and went on to complete her master's degree in international relations from Boston University. She served as an intern in the economic section of the U.S. Embassy in Berlin, Germany, and worked for the Discovery Channel as part of the International Network Operation unit responsible for the channel's worldwide launch.
Jessika is married to Alfredo Valdivia of Peru, and the couple shares one child. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, boating, fishing and exploring Southwest Florida's pirating history and native Calusa Indian culture.
