A true Florida girl, Heather Williams is blessed to say she was raised in the Florida Panhandle and grew up enjoying the beach and fishing piers along the Emerald Coast as often as possible.
She earned a bachelor's degree in nutrition from Florida State University but quickly determined she was better suited for a different career. Real estate, architecture and design were hobbies she had always enjoyed, even from a very young age. When Heather discovered she could earn a living using those skills and passions while showing off the beauty of her community and educating investors about what makes this area so unique, there was no turning back.
Heather went on to earn her real estate license and in 2006, she jumped in full throttle. Skilled at assisting investors on their real estate journey she enjoys the process of finding exactly what each client is motivated by. Heather gets to work primarily with second-home buyers and savvy investors often assisting in 1031 exchange opportunities. Her strong work ethic, integrity and dedication to her clients have shaped her business and become hallmarks of her career. She was honored to receive Scenic Sotheby's International Realty's "The Extraordinary Award," in both 2020 and 2021.
