As a native of Pittsburgh, Monika Vindler has a vast network of community ties and a lifetime’s worth of Allegheny County market knowledge. Motivated by a passion for helping other people, Monika applies her expertise with developing effective marketing campaigns and tenacious negotiating skills to provide her clients with positive results. Previously a leasing agent at the Pennsylvanian, and a new home sales associate with Paragon Homes, Monika has built a diverse knowledge base over the course of her career. Skilled in the listing and sale of newly built luxury homes, estates, high-end condominiums, starter homes and rental properties, she has excelled as a result of her commitment to providing a superior customer service experience. Monika specializes in Squirrel Hill, Downtown Pittsburgh and Regent Square, her place of residency for the past six years, but she is always willing to travel wherever the interests of her clients should take her. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, she enjoys sharing her vast understanding of local neighborhoods, subdivisions and school districts for the benefit of her clients. Responsive and thorough, Monika believes her success has been due to her focus on continuous improvement and a sense of accountability to her clients. Understanding that her clients rely on her for the research and insights they need to make informed decisions, she constantly researches the local market and networks with her colleagues, to get the latest updates and find homes that are not available on the open market. With a flair for problem solving, a calm outward demeanor and a talent for navigating pressure-filled situations, it is no surprise for many of Monika’s clients to learn that she enjoys skydiving in her spare time. Gardening, reading and going biking with her husband and her dog are some other favorite pastimes when she isn’t busy helping her clients.
