Although born in Winter Park, FL, Kathleen has been a Vero Beach native since just 9 months of age. She grew up living the Vero Beach lifestyle, playing tennis competitively for St. Edwards High School and the USTA and spending time on the water. Following a passion for the arts, Kathleen moved to Miami to attend the International Fine Arts College where she pursued a specialty in Graphic Design. She later returned, after 14 years, to Vero so she could be closer to family, and accepted an exciting position with Vero Beach Magazine as Art Director.
After some time though, she was ready for a change, and decided to follow in her mother's footsteps, becoming a realtor and putting her years of experience as a Vero Beach resident to expert use. Currently going on her 5th year in real estate, Kathleen couldn’t be happier living in Vero Beach, fostering connections and relationships both old and new right here in her hometown.
In her free time she enjoys boating with friends, cooking, traveling and spending time with her god daughter.
