Born and raised in South Florida, Greg Forest has quickly built a reputation for executing and delivering incredible results. Working in the real estate industry for over 11 years, Greg utilizes his innate creative ability to market, implement, and negotiate all angles of a real estate transaction.
Prior to real estate, Greg’s passion and talent for golf earned him numerous scholarship offers to top colleges, where he eventually landed at the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, Greg earned First Team All-Conference, as well as a collegiate victory. After playing professionally for three years, Greg transitioned into real estate. His career began under the guidance of a top-producing team in Jupiter. Catering to the team’s clientele provided the adequate experience to catapult his career into the luxury market.
With 11 years working at top luxury brokerages across Palm Beach County, Greg joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2020 as a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor. He has been ranked among the top 100 agents in the company for his outstanding sales and achievements. Greg treats each buyer and seller with the full luxury experience regardless of price point. His skillful negotiation skills and fearless determination set him apart from the competition.
Over the years Greg has worked directly with developers to maximize their profits by overseeing renovation projects from an architectural and design standpoint. He has successfully executed and sold multiple spec home properties. Greg’s passion for architecture, design, and development provides a strong foundation to collaborate and serve a diverse and distinguished clientele.
Greg is a member of The CORE, a national real estate coaching company, where he sharpens his skills and tools at a high level of accountability. Greg lives in West Palm Beach with his rescue dog, Tuffy, and is a son to his amazing parents Greg and Eileen who have been married 40 years, is a brother to Jason Forest, and an uncle to Jason's two sons, Luke and Eli.
