Joe worked for 38 years as a career educator, spanning positions of teacher, principal, state education department administrator and elected school board member in New Jersey. He moved to Venice, Florida, full-time in 2002, although he started vacationing on the Sun Coast in the mid 1960s and has witnessed the growth of this fabulous area called paradise. An experienced advisor, Joe possessed a New Jersey real estate license and engaged in many real estate transactions in the upper socioeconomic Shore communities, focusing on high-end single-family and condominium homes, along with on-site sales in model home parks.
When he moved to Florida, he obtained his Florida REALTOR® license and worked for a local developer selling single-family, condominium and custom homes in upscale communities from Venice to Englewood. Prior to coming to Premier Sotheby's International Realty, he sold senior independent-living condominiums.
Joe was raised in a small business family and learned about customer service from his family early on. Together with his educational experience dealing with various ages, he brings many transferable skills to work successfully with his customers seeking homes in Southwest Florida. He prides himself on developing positive personal relationships and making the purchase experience a memorable journey. Many of his customers have become personal friends and continue to provide referrals due to his work ethic and client respect.
