Katerina Dimitriadis was part of the Sales Team for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Philadelphia, since its inception in 2005, becoming Sales Director in 2011. Her knowledge of the building and its residents provides continuity and enhances residents’ confidence of the service level they are accustomed to. Born in Athens, Greece, Katerina grew up in the Philadelphia area, earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Philadelphia University and an M.B.A. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She has worked in Center City since 1991 and recently moved from the suburbs to become a Center City resident. While working for The Rittenhouse Hotel and Condominiums, she joined Rittenhouse Realty, LLC in 2003 and began her real estate career. Prior to real estate, she worked for British Airways in Philadelphia, General Electric Technical Services Co. in Europe, and Aperiton Fine Jewelry & Furs in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. She brings over 25 years of high-end customer service, sales and management experience in the Aviation, Retail Sales, Banking, Hospitality and Real Estate industries. Her move to Sotheby’s International Realty was a natural next step in her luxury real estate career, and she appreciates the range of marketing tools available to her through the brand.
