A sixth-generation Bahamian, Patrick attended the University of Central Florida where he studied finance before returning to The Bahamas to work for more than five years in his family’s construction business. During this tenure, Patrick developed a keen appreciation for architecture and learned that there is more to a home than what you see on the outside. This perspective on the home-building, buying and management process seamlessly lead him into a successful career in property and asset management. Patrick’s sharp attention to every detail of the home, from bones to functionality, truly sets him apart from his peers.
