Growing up in Santa Fe with his family since the 1980s, T.J. Rieland has enjoyed all that the Land of Enchantment has to offer. He earned a degree in political science from the University of New Mexico and co-managed Roy’s Pest Control & Tree Service, which introduced him to the wide variety of properties in and around Santa Fe and provided him with extensive knowledge of construction, maintenance, and landscaping. This also allowed him to gain intimate knowledge of neighborhoods and homes throughout the area. While operating Roy’s, he learned that honesty, integrity, and work ethic are why his customers came to respect and trust him to get the job done.
T.J. has worked with several realtors during the inspection phase and looks forward to using his expertise to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals. December of 2019, he completed certifications of Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS) and C2EX from the National Association of Realtors to better serve his clients during the purchase or sale of their home. In January 2020, T.J. was elected to the Parks Advisory Recreation Committee for the City of Santa Fe. T.J. loves baseball, skiing, and Santa Fe’s food, culture, arts, and other outdoor activities.
