His commitment to real estate is evident in his sales growth. Entering the industry in Atlanta in 2006, Michael has grown his business annually, even during the recession that hit in 2009.
Michael has lived in Greenville since 2013, when he and his wife, Dr. Michelle Allen-McGreevey, chose the region as the place to raise their family. Both raised in Georgia, they were familiar with the Southeast and fell in love with the Upstate. In the past few years, they have put down roots, establishing themselves as part of the community. In his free time can find Michael golfing with his family at Green Valley Country Club, hosting friends for dinner, or chasing around his kids in the park.

Whether he is climbing into a crawl space or putting together a detailed market analysis, Michael pays attention to the details. Our agents work over the entire upstate but our physical office is nestled in
beautiful Cleveland Park in downtown Greenville.
My husband and I first noticed this remarkable location soon after moving to
Greenville in 1989. The building is a contemporary structure that literally
spans a woodland stream flowing into the Reedy River. It was built in the 1970s
by the Freeman & Major architecture firm.
We had our eyes on the building for years and when the architects retired and
decided to sell it in 2017, we jumped at the chance to acquire such a treasure.
After a few months up renovation and upfitting, we moved in in March 2018.
We invite all of our friends and clients to come and visit sometime. We love
showing the building off. It is almost as unique as we are.
