Terri is fluent in German and has lived in Frankfurt & Garmisch, Germany, Arusha, Tanzania and Bastimentos, Panama. She has traveled extensively and loves working with internationals who are relocating to Texas or locals transitioning to a new home.
With over two decades as a Global Real Estate Advisor and certified as Sotheby's Concierge Silver Preferred Agent and Relocation Specialist Terri brings a wealth of industry knowledge and business expertise to every transaction she handles. She navigates each deal with the precision, skill, and luxury service of a seasoned professional.

Before transitioning to real estate, Terri worked in luxury goods for Yves Saint Laurent and Cartier in Germany and Louis Vuitton and Chanel in Chicago. Yet, real estate was always part of her life. Her family owns and manages multi-unit buildings and single-family homes in the greater Chicago area. Upon moving to Dallas, real estate—and Sotheby's—was the perfect fit.
Terri lives with her husband, Shelby, in downtown Dallas. Their daughter, Jill, just graduated with a master's in nursing and now works at Northwestern Hospital, in Chicago, going full circle to the hospital where she was born.
Terri volunteers at the Dallas Holocaust Museum and with OurCalling, (a nonprofit that assists the unsheltered in Dallas.) She has run three marathons (the Chicago Marathon twice and the Paris Marathon once). She practices hot yoga several times a week and teaches vinyasa at the Park Cities YMCA. She has just recently taken up Mahjong at the JCC and is always open to play at a table.
