Since transitioning to real estate in 2013, Karen has applied her marketing acumen to helping clients buy and sell luxury homes, as well as consulting on commercial real estate transactions. Karen holds several distinguished designations, including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS), and CLHMS Million Dollar GUILD™ Member which is awarded only to the top 10% of the members. Karen is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS®) for global real estate transactions. She serves as the Commercial Chairwoman of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Manhattan Chapter in 2024 and sits on its Board of Directors. A graduate of New York University, Karen also attended the Graduate School of International Studies at Ewha Woman’s University in Seoul, Korea. Fluent in Korean, she enjoys traveling and forming lasting connections with people around the world.
