David has over 10 years of successful sales experience. He became a real estate agent in California in 2006 and then moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2008. David has real estate licenses in North and South Carolina and California. He has steadily built a strong client base with a reputation for honesty, integrity, diligence and perseverance. David specializes in residential real estate for primary residences, second homes, vacation homes and investment properties. He works with sellers and buyers providing real estate services in the United States and internationally. David's mission is to work together with his clients to provide them with his experience and expertise so that they can make the best decision possible when selling or buying real estate.
David is a Certified International Property Specialist and is Transnational Referral Certified. David is fluent in Spanish. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, painting and cooking.
