Luci Lowery | Premier Sotheby's International Realty

Agency Premier Sotheby's International Realty

Description

Originally from Mindanao, Philippines, Luci Mae Lowery has been practicing real estate in North Carolina since 2008, as both an active sales associate and in referral. Her passion for the industry, however, began in 1994 when she and her late husband, Vance, made their first investment together and he then encouraged and inspired her to become a real estate broker. Over the years, Luci has gained and sold land, residential and commercial properties.

Prior to relocating to America, Luci owned a retail clothing boutique. She often traveled from the Philippines to Hong Kong on shopping excursions and ran an import/export business that shipped commodities between the United States and the Philippines. She was also a silent partner of a staffing firm that sent workers all over Asia, the Middle East and Canada.

Luci is currently a broker associate with the Banner Elk office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty with a secondary affiliation with the Charlotte office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. She believes that a person's success in life is measured by how they treat others and makes it a priority to treat her buyers and sellers with the utmost value and respect. Her years of experience, and sensitivity to her customers' needs when searching for the perfect home, truly make Luci one of a kind.

Fluent in the Philippine languages of Tagalog and Visayan, Luci attended Xavier University and Cora Doloroso Career Centre in her native country. She holds a degree in business management and is a member of the High Country Association of REALTORS® and Canopy REALTOR® Association.

On a personal note, Luci finds great joy and many blessings in doing mission work, often traveling back to the Philippines to do so. In her leisure time, she enjoys fresh and saltwater fishing, especially fly fishing. She's been a member of the Elk River Falls Fishing Club for the past 25 years, and also a member of the Trout Unlimited, a national non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of freshwater sources. Luci loves to experience life's simple pleasures with others by often cooking for and entertaining her family and friends, sharing fresh blooms from her bountiful flower beds, singing and dancing. But above all, she is grateful to the Lord for the life she is blessed with. Her biggest pride and joy are her two young adult sons.
