Description

Ethics & being a fiduciary for your financial interests is one of my most important roles. I'm the first person to tell you when not to buy a home, whether its because it doesn't make financial sense, or because of the various issues with the home and why. I’m the agent who will strongly suggest you seek a structural opinion on a home that has potential issues so that you can hear directly from an engineer that you should run, not walk away from buying that home. When asked about things like Mills Act, I’m not going to give a superficial answer but rather ply you with more details than you’d probably want to know. Having worked in financial market data, I’m a data geek who is passionate about educating my clients with market insights. I'm often found saying: data & math doesn’t lie, how its interpreted can be manipulated, but my approach to real estate is direct and transparent. I sometimes work with buyers and sellers for months or even years prior to buying or selling. I'm passionate about educating my clients so that they are armed with information and can build a plan to achieve their goals. I work tirelessly to be your advocate: previewing homes, working with and referring vendors / subject matter experts to you, negotiating contractor bids, pricing your home to sell with multiple offers, and navigating any turbulent waters when problems arise. Whether you're a first time home buyer, a senior looking to downsize and sell your existing home, relocating to San Diego, or looking to move up or down, think of me as a team member helping you every step of the way. About me personally: Prior to real estate, I spent my career negotiating deals and managing client relationships in various roles in business development and sales on Wall Street in Financial Tech and developing marketing savvy in Digital Tech. I am a Texas Longhorn who spent years in NYC before moving to San Diego in 2005. While I'm not working on my home in Bankers Hill, I enjoy food & wine, hiking, golfing, and traveling. My favorite country: New Zealand, favorite city: Paris. I speak conversational Mandarin fluently.
