With an impressive portfolio of over 500 closings, Brian has achieved more than $225 million in sales volume and has led teams with more than 2,850 closings and $900 million in sales volume.
His role in the development, branding, marketing, consulting and exclusive sales in local neighborhoods has allowed Brian to gain a well-versed and educated perspective of the Asheville and greater western North Carolina communities. He is also a member of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS® and Hilton Head Area Association of REALTORS®.
Originally from Whiteville, North Carolina, Brian lives in both western North Carolina and the Lowcountry of South Carolina with his wife Allyson and their two boys, Reynolds and Hayes. He is passionate about spending time with his family and friends, enjoying the great outdoors and relaxing at the family's Bear Lake Reserve cottage which is located in the Cashiers/Highlands region of western North Carolina. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, he holds a Bachelor of Science in hospitality, tourism and resort management, and business administration.
