As an Accredited Real Estate Negotiations Expert, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Expert, Farm & Ranch Specialist, and Commercial Real Estate Specialist, she also brings to her clients her expertise from a rich past in Interior Design and Staging. But equally valuable is that she combines that with a business acumen developed from owning and managing an International Orthodontic Lab, which she started at the age of 21 in 1979. Her world travels, from being a part of an Orthodontic Lecture Circuit, gave her a unique skill set with regards to International Sales, Customs, and Trade Requirements of many different countries.
In 1998 & 1999 Leslie had the honor to be the personal Administrative Assistant to Dick Truelick, of Dick Truelick & Associates. Dick is one the most renowned Mergers & Acquisitions specialists in the World, having merged some of the biggest companies in the US, he pioneered the M & A arena in its infancy.
She began her Real Estate career, as a Realtor in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale in 1999, with Florida’s Top Luxury Real Estate Company, EWM. Here she honed her style in one of the fastest and most competitive Real Estate markets in the World. After moving to Houston in 2003, she brought a wide range of business and marketing expertise to her new environment. Her most renowned traits are attentive, thorough, tenacious, committed, and honest, with a knack for always thinking “out of the box.”
When Leslie is not working with Clients, she loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and anything having to do with Horses, Music and Art. She is a lifelong Equestrian, who knows Farm and Ranch well, and enjoys putting Ranch Owners and Buyers together. Her Sales Portfolio includes many Urban, Suburban, Ranch, and Commercial Sales.
