With more than 15 years of experience, Adam has become one of Toronto’s foremost luxury real estate experts. He has successfully sold some of the most iconic custom homes in the city and has become a trusted advisor to a number of the top residential builders.
Adam heads the Brind Group at Sotheby’s International Realty with a focus on the luxury and ultra luxury markets including custom homes, contemporary architecture and complex residential transactions that involve rezoning and redevelopment. The team of five is headquartered in Toronto with a satellite office in the Blue Mountains.
Prior to his current role, Adam was the founding managing partner of a boutique real estate brokerage in downtown Toronto that grew to nearly $1B in sales volume. The company was acquired in 2019.
Adam’s passion for real estate and entrepreneurship is insatiable - he is an experienced custom home builder with a passion for design and architecture. He also manages and operates a small commercial real estate firm that owns, manages and develops commercial assets.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University and continues to develop his skills and education. He has attended Harvard Business School and completed the Executive Education Program on Urban Development, Design and Construction.
He often contributes to various media publications as both an author and an industry expert which have included the Globe and Mail, National Post, Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine, Toronto Life and many others.
