Partnering with institutional investors on large-scale commercial properties as well as on single-family dwellings, Donna draws on her knowledge and talent for understanding current and future property values. These perfected skills allow her to stay actively involved in the development process from acquisition to divestiture in the new home building and renovation markets. Donna brings this same focus when negotiating on her client’s behalf, with an eye on achieving the most beneficial outcome spanning the first time buyer client to the well-seasoned investor.
While living and studying in Florence, Italy, Donna completed a degree in International Business and expanded her knowledge of the Italian language and Classical architecture. Donna's passion for design and understanding of architecture supports her focus on the real estate market. Like a work of fine art, marketing a luxury property demands attention to every detail.
Donna is dedicated to the highest level of service, with strong technical expertise and business acumen. Leveraging the TTR Sotheby’s International branding, she is able to offer quality, refinement and exclusivity to her most discerning clients. Donna is a co-chair and contributor to the Georgetown House Tour, a direct supporter of Georgetown’s St. John’s Episcopal Church community outreach program. A supporter of the Arts, she is a Smithsonian Associate and supporter of Shakespearian theatre. Donna also enjoys tennis and biking the C&O Canal. Donna earned her Master's of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus on World Affairs from Georgetown University.
