Richard is a 4th generation California Native. Together for 40 years, he and wife Margaret have raised their children in Napa and are now the proud grandparents of four. Richard grows his own grapes in the vineyard he dug and planted. Making wine every year is an event and everyone (grandkids, friends and clients too) gets to participate! Wine is community in Napa. Richard has been a full time realtor since 1998. He has thorough knowledge of the local real estate market. Richard lives on country property and built his own home so he understands wells and septic systems as well as home construction. The vineyard and his wine are his pride and joy. Come visit and taste. In life, Richard is most proud of his 4 grandchildren; the years spent teaching Little League and youth soccer and his 26 years in Federal Service as a Shipwright. He was the recipient of the International Sales Awards Premier Club in 1999. He was a member of the 100% Club in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006. Based on commissions earned in a single year, membership in the 100% Club is awarded only to a select group of high-producing sales associates. He was part of the Executive Club in 2005. He was awarded appreciation and recognition of outstanding sales performance and achievements in the Real Estate profession Platinum Club in 2004. Membership in the Platinum Club is one of the highest single year honors that can be bestowed upon a sales associate. In 2005 he was part of the Hall of Fame in appreciation for the professionalism brought to the organization and the significant contribution made to the company's success.
