With 11 years of experience as a brokerage manager, Debra Reece is a seasoned manager currently leading the Palm Beach and Singer Island offices of Sotheby's International Realty. Previously Debra led the Bridgehampton, New York office of Sotheby’s International Realty. Together with the superb support team in Palm Beach she provides agents with all the tools and assistance needed to be effective and successful. Debra offers her unique brand of leadership, honed as a business executive and legal advisor, to the day-to-day operations and needs of the offices and agents. She is known for her integrity, quiet yet commanding style, and for the calm that she can bring to the storm. Independent sales associates can rely upon her unerring judgment, guidance, sense of humor, and optimism, all of which contribute to a productive and happy work environment. Debra is known to be a strong advocate for agents and a firm believer in the power of the Sotheby's International Realty brand and all that it has to offer. Debra graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and obtained a B.S. in journalism from Boston University, College of Communication. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York. Debra resides in West Palm Beach and loves to travel, cook, and read.
