Jennifer McCormick, a sales associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Clearwater office, began investing in real estate two decades ago, when she purchased her first investment property at the age of 20. The satisfaction of homeownership and the thrill of turning a profit sparked a passion which Jennifer has since shared with hundreds of customers over the past 19 years. Adding value to every transaction is her personal motto, and Jennifer always goes above and beyond in meeting her customers' every need.
A member of the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization, Jennifer prides herself on offering her customers a high standard of excellence as their real estate professional. Originally from Houston, Texas, Jennifer resides in Tarpon Springs with her husband and two children. Her love for the community is evident in the volunteer work she does in the area, including teaching Sunday school at Generations Christian Church and doing outreach with Metropolitan Ministries, working at Joshua House for neglected and abused children, and serving as a mentor for Take Stock In Children's scholarship program. In addition, as a member of the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin's Community Impact Committee, Jennifer is dedicated to the organization's mission to eradicate poverty and hunger for over 10,000 women and children in Upper Pinellas County. She is also a part-time employee of the Pinellas County school district and offers her time and services at multiple area schools.
In her spare time, Jennifer loves indulging her creative side by cooking, singing, dancing and listening to live music. She can often be found taking long walks on the beach with her family and their Doberman, Sadie, traveling, and practicing yoga.
