Maryanne Randall grew up in the Cedarwood neighborhood of Waltham, Massachusetts, attended St Joseph’s Elementary and graduated Waltham High in 1974. She resides in Littleton with her two daughters, son-in-law and grandson. Littleton’s small town feel drew Maryanne to settle there. It is a very family friendly community with an excellent school system and close proximity to highways.
As a professional, Maryanne is comfortable in all areas or real estate sales however she is partial to new construction and first time home buyers. Watching a home being constructed is a joy Maryanne shares with her clients. She loves helping first time buyers find their “dream home” and the excitement of watching those dreams becoming reality.
Maryanne is detail oriented and believes that is important for a successful real estate career. The myriad of details involved in a transaction require patience as well as experience and the ability to stay focused. Sometimes buyers and sellers, are naturally fixed on price, and are unaware of the many details involved in negotiating an agreement before a closing can take place. Once a price is negotiated, there are many details to work out among buyer, seller, attorneys, contractors, municipalities and agents’ right up to and often during the closing.
Outside of work, Maryanne enjoys cooking; volunteering for several organizations in town but her favorite pastime is spending time with her family. She feels lucky to have enjoyed thirty years of a very successful career and looks forward to assisting many more buyers and sellers in the future.
