As a DC resident for over twenty-five years he knows these great neighborhoods well, ensuring buyers find their best options. Bo helps buyers write the most attractive offers in every situation. His attention to every detail and consistent communication during the contract to closing period guarantees a successful settlement. Seller clients experience service exceeding the highest expectations for preparing, marketing and selling their homes. Included in Washingtonian Magazine’s list of 100 Best Real Estate Agents in 2017, he has also appeared on HGTV and News Channel 8 to provide his market expertise. Clients benefit from his expansive industry knowledge gained from his experience as a real estate investor and his previous career as a successful residential loan officer. Bo’s understanding of the mortgage industry allows him to help buyers navigate the challenges of the home loan process. When reviewing a buyer’s preapproval with an offer for his listings, Bo knows the questions to ask a lender to give his sellers confidence to ratify the contract. Bo believes in building stronger communities. As an advocate for the homeless, he worked with the Washington Interfaith Network and the DC government to help establish a free ID program for homeless residents; IDs are an essential key to independence. Bo is an active member of Toastmasters International where he's served as a club president and an Area Director. He supports the DC arts community and is a longtime subscriber of the Shakespeare Theatre Company where he is a member of the Artistic Circle and the Ambassador team. His favorite pastimes include spending time with friends & family, reading and travel. Bo taught English for a year at a rural Kenyan high school, leaned to ski moguls on the icy slopes of the East Coast and skydived for the first (and only) time above Australia's Hervey Bay. Bo is a devoted student of metaphysics and the nature of consciousness; he is a supporter of the Division of Perceptual Studies at the University of Virginia, where he graduated with a degree in political science.
