Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Lilia has achieved great success as a licensed Realtor® in the Greater Boston area since 2003. Throughout her career, Lilia’s business has consistently grown thanks to the repeat business of clients and their referrals to friends, family, and neighbors. Her clients have come to rely on her careful attention to detail in each transaction, and she takes pride in earning their confidence.
Lilia’s expertise encompasses representing buyers and sellers and she has extensive hands-on experience in new construction homes. Having great knowledge in these areas allows Lilia to provide valuable insight to her clients on what to look for in a newly constructed house. Additionally, she has a wealth of experience in property flips, from finding the right property to negotiating the purchase price to overseeing the renovation process.
Living in Littleton, Lilia is deeply knowledgeable about the local schools, activities, and youth sports, as well as the many amenities available in the area. With her oldest son living in Framingham, a daughter who graduated from UMass Amherst college and her youngest son attending Littleton Middle School, she understands the unique needs of families in the area. Despite her busy schedules, Lilia and her husband prioritize world travel as a favorite family activity.
Fluent in Portuguese, as well as English, and proficient in Spanish, Lilia holds a degree in Professional Property Management and has earned the designations of CBR - Certified Buyer Representative and RCC - RELO Certified Coordinator, ABR - Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and RENE - Real Estate Negotiator Expert.
