His father first moved to Toronto when he was 10 years old and his childhood neighbourhood of Cabbagetown is still one of his favourite parts of the city. His ability to adapt quickly to new cultures and property markets makes him versatile in any market, and his extraordinary sales and marketing experience has enabled Oliver to get high-value offers and find his client’s their dream home.
Oliver founded and was the Director of Fruition Events Limited, an events marketing company providing sales and marketing support at large-scale events including festivals and trade shows across the UK. He has a vast amount of managerial experience, is client-focused, and has proven involvement working in fast-paced and different environments. He is a tough negotiator, understands the complexities of real estate and making the deal.
His degree in Business Administration from South Bank University, London, has given Oliver a strong foundation in strategic development, planning and problem-solving. Oliver has a passion for real property and would like to transition to property development, to understand all facets of the industry.
He personally completed the renovation of his property in Greenwich, London, and is familiar with the time and extent of work required, and is qualified to educate his clients, on home improvements before or after the sales process.
Beyond real estate, Oliver lives an active life. Cycling, skiing, snowboarding, tennis, photography, and cooking are a couple of his favourite pastimes.
