Description
Steve Fisher is a former professional snowboarder who doesn’t just sell the Rocky Mountain lifestyle, he lives it. And it’s his world class past that gives him a distinct advantage in the marketplace. With nearly two decades as a Breckenridge resident, Steve understands the complexities of Summit County real estate and demonstrates an authentic passion for the community.
“I love helping clients buy and sell in the mountains. I have personally bought, flipped, and sold a number of properties throughout my career, and have a unique perspective from living and working in a town that is heavily tourist based. Clients hire me because I hustle. I work very hard to ensure my clients are happy, and strive to make the experience seamless for them.”
Specializing in Colorado mountain communities, Steve’s wealth of local knowledge and hands-on approach puts buyers and sellers at ease. Whether it’s guiding buyers to the perfect ski home or helping sellers achieve their goals, Steve has the proven track record to get the job done. In fact, he has successfully closed over $13 million in total dollar volume in under two years, and stays on top of what’s happening in the market to not only meet his clients’ expectations, but exceed them.
“We randomly walked into Steve's office one day, and let them know we were looking for a second home in Silverthorne,” said clients, Ryan Serpan & Jessica Harano. “We were very lucky that Steve was on hand that day. He is attentive, patient, listens carefully, and tailors his recommendations based on what we needed. I can't say enough how easy he made the process, even handling paperwork, and a complicated offer on a place while he was on a family vacation. His team was also very helpful, and ultimately we closed on a home, and the process was as painless as we could have expected.”
Originally from the Twin Cities, Steve traded in city life for Breckenridge’s coveted mountain lifestyle in 2003. He prizes the area for its world class skiing, snowboarding, and easy access to hundreds of hiking and biking trails right outside his front door. Prior to real estate, Steve – also known as "The Fish” – enjoyed a distinguished career as a professional snowboarder, widely recognized for his smooth yet aggressive riding style.
His titles include 2004 and 2007 Winter X Games Champion, and was named the #1 halfpipe rider in the United States by the FIS ranking system. Additionally, Steve recently served as brand manager of Hudsen Collective – a glove company he created and developed in 2013 for Swany Gloves. Today, he uses that same relentless drive and business acumen to take people where they want to go.
If you are looking for a professional broker who goes the extra mile both on and off the mountain, give Steve Fisher a call. His competitive spirit and client commitment are unrivaled.

Description
Breckenridge embodies the stunning beauty and laid back atmosphere of living in a Colorado ski town. Known not only for its world-class skiing, but also for its friendly laid-back character, Breckenridge is a place where quaint Victorian bungalows dot Main Street and visitors and residents enjoy shopping, dining, concerts, and outdoor activities year-round. The town offers an approachable, vibrant charm in every season. Neighboring ski towns including Keystone, Copper and Frisco offer year-round recreation with close proximity to Denver.
As Colorado's largest historic district, Breckenridge is a visual collage of Victorian gingerbread, old stone buildings and miner's cabins, surrounded by stunning peaks and the glitz of a big mountain ski resort. Founded in 1859 when gold was discovered along the Blue River, the town of Breckenridge continued to prosper long after the gold and silver played out. With the opening of Breckenridge Ski Resort in 1961, vibrant new economic life melded with the area's rich history to create the celebrated town that visitors and residents enjoy today. In winter, Breckenridge draws skiers from around the world to its famous vast and varied terrain. The resort and the town are equally popular in summer when visitors enjoy endless options for outdoor adventure, as well as the town's one-of-a-kind shops, restaurants, spas, museums, and wildly popular outdoor festivals. Breckenridge is located in Summit County, about an hour's drive west of Denver. Boasting close proximity to three major ski areas (Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone), vast expanses of public land and several mountain ranges, it is no surprise that Summit County is known as "Colorado's Playground."
