I have lived in the Austin and Round Rock area since 1978, working as a REALTOR continuously since 1979. I focus on continuing education to stay on the cutting edge of my profession and find a variety of ways to further understand market trends and their impact on YOU. Earning the elite designation of Certified Residential Specialist allows me to better guide buyers and sellers in the real estate process. CRS designation is only held by 3% of agents nationally and is the highest credential awarded to associates.
From listing and selling resale homes in established neighborhoods, to representing my clients who are purchasing new construction, I provide consultative services for all geographic areas of our metroplex. I have worked to establish a strong reputation as a Relocation Specialist for both buyers and sellers, and have traveled to Minnesota and California helping clients involved with large corporate moves to Austin.
A very high percentage of my business is based on referrals and repeat customers. I see this as confirmation of a job well done! I am dedicated to my clients, and my goal is to have a successful and enjoyable real estate transaction experience for them. My market knowledge, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and integrity have earned me the friendship and respect of my clients and peers.
When I'm not at your house, I enjoy being "Grammy" to my 4 most adorable grandchildren! I'm also actively involved in my Church, enjoy travel,and long distance walking. Two of my long walks have included completing a half marathon in Phoenix, Arizona, and a full marathon in Kona, Hawaii while raising donations for the American Heart and Stroke Association.
