Our first office was in Vasiliki of Lefkada Island.
Our primary goal is to deliver top-level services, and our inviolable principle the respect to all our customers.
In the Real Estate field our company has already been assigned to promote and sell hundreds of all kinds of properties: villas, plots, hotels, investment properties, and private islands.
Our properties are mainly located in Lefkada Island as well as in other tourist destinations such as Meganisi, Kefalonia, Ithaca, Corfu, Evia, Ios, Galaxidi etc, and all have a mature file (owners hip title, topography, forest classification, building permit etc.).
We cooperate with other major real estate agencies in Greece and abroad to provide the best and fastest possible service to our customers.
“ELINON GI” provides a wide range of additional services, in order to cover the requirements of each transaction.
So, besides indicating the right property, we cooperate:
with qualified Lawyers specialized in the Real Estate Law, to ensure the legal process as a whole, and
with reputable and up to date Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Architecture) for the technical inspection of the property before the sale and purchase.
Our company’s fee is set at 3% of the value of the property sold (including all legal taxes).
We also offer additionally services to the buyers in order to fulfill all their remaining obligations.
From 2014 our company additionally offers integrated Property Management Services in luxury villa, leaving to you the obligation to enjoy them as much as you can.
Our company officially offers Real Estate Appraisal Services, based on our many years of experience and expertise.
The legal form of our company was transformed into I.K.E. (Private Capital Company) due to the increased demands of the services provided. Our brand name is now: “ELINON GI Monoprosopi I.K.E.”, under the distinctive title: “ELINON GI”, and with share capital: 180.000 €. Our number in the General Registry of the Chamber of Commerce of Lefkada (GE.MH.) is 016564843000, and our base is now in Lefkada City.
Greece is now a strong attraction for investors due to the stabilization of the economic environment and the developmental trajectory of the National Economy, offering subsidies to serious investment projects through national and European programs.
