As the leader of The Christine Bradley Team, her extensive background spans a portfolio comprised of new homes, investment properties, property flips, new construction ventures and the Atlanta luxury market with a special focus on waterfront properties, allowing her to understand the needs of investors at all price points. A Florida native raised in Miami, Christine earned a degree in psychology from Florida State University while honing her skills through a part-time job in new home sales in Tallahassee. With her family’s deep-rooted connection to the industry, she was mentored in its subtleties, drawn to its potential and attracted to its dynamic nature. After 10 successful years in Florida, she relocated to Atlanta in 1998. Upon her arrival, she worked as a builder representative and on-site sales manager, growing relationships and forming a foundation in construction and renovation processes while building her own business. As an agent and business owner, she embodies the traits of a true listener and facilitator while exhibiting an ability to efficiently harness the power of a team. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers or advising seasoned investors, Christine’s mastery of the real estate process ensures that each client is well-supported. Understanding that no two situations are the same, she expertly anticipates challenges, guiding clients around potential obstacles with finesse. An investor in both Florida and Georgia who is also currently licensed in both states, she understands the nuances of being an absentee investor and believes in the opportunity to build wealth through real estate. Passionate about her work, her family, where she lives and the people she serves, she enjoys being a resource for clients and colleagues. A long-time resident of Vinings, she is actively involved in her community and supports the Atlanta Community Food Bank, the Atlanta Beltline, the Vinings Historic Preservation Society, Chattahoochee Riverkeeper, the Atlanta Mission and Cobb County. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Christine is a devoted wife, mother and dog owner. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys watching her daughter’s soccer games with her husband, Charlie, and indulging in her love for the outdoors, be it hiking in the mountains or enjoying the serenity of a lakefront property.
