In 2011, she started her own real estate company focusing on sales and long term rentals but joined forces with the Barbados Sotheby’s team in 2015 and is excited to expand the footprints of the Sotheby’s Realty brand in Barbados. On a sale owners will need to pay 7.5% transfer tax and 1% stamp duty for property which is not registered offshore.
