Tracy leads The Alliance Group, a team of seasoned professionals who share her dedication to excellence. Originally from Canada, Tracy now calls McLean, Virginia, home. She raised her children to speak French—her daughter Katie has fully embraced the language, while her son Samuel tolerates it :-). She holds advanced degrees in Political Science, and her plan for retirement is to return to academia and teach public policy once again.
